We'll explain the Cape Cod ADU regulations for your specific town, review potential design options, and provide you with a general timeline and budget range for your project. This consultation can be conducted at your property, in our office, or virtually.

We offer a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation to discuss your project at a high level. For an in-depth on-site consultation where we evaluate your property and provide specific recommendations, we charge a modest fee that can be applied to your project if you choose to work with us.

The timeline varies depending on your town and the complexity of your project. Typically, the design phase takes 2-4 weeks, and the permitting process can take an additional 2-8 weeks depending on local regulations and review processes. We'll provide you with a more specific timeline during your consultation.

While we don't provide direct financing, we can connect you with local lenders who offer specialized loans for ADU projects, including home equity lines of credit, construction loans, and renovation loans. Many of our clients find that the rental income from their ADU helps offset the loan payments.

We specialize in the Lower Cape area, including Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, Provincetown, Orleans, and Brewster. However, we also serve the Mid-Cape and Upper Cape regions. If you're located elsewhere on Cape Cod, please contact us to discuss your project.
